Meet Christine Serwe Christine has been a Durango Realtor for 20 years and a broker at The Wells Group for over 6 years. She brings a wealth of experience from her sales and development work throughout her real estate career including the representation of The Ranch, RiverGate Lofts, and The Villas at Hillcrest. A Durango resident since 1984, Christine is actively involved in the community and is currently on the board of United Way and the Home Builders Association Women's Council. Christine continues to sell properties in her specialty communities as well as throughout Durango and La Plata County.  Meet Lawrence "Mike" Dent Mike Dent has been a Realtor of Southwest Colorado for over 30 years and owner of Durango's leading Real Estate firm, The Wells Group Real Estate Brokerage. Previously a public high school educator in science, geology, astronomy and general earth science in Albuquerque, NM and Durango, CO, Mike offers his experience and knowledge of the local market including developments, residential, vacant land and as one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the area. As a Fort Lewis College graduate, Mike has also served 14 years on the Fort Lewis Alumni Board, served on the public fairgrounds and rodeo commission for over 10 years, and retired from 35 years of sports officiating in high school and college sports including football, basketball and baseball.

She has been with The Wells Group Real Estate Brokerage for approximately 8 years.
